E-Receipt – Electronic Fiscal Receipt
An e-receipt is a solution developed by WarPol.Info for the retail and e-commerce sectors and their customers, serving as a fully valid replacement for the traditional paper fiscal receipt.
The electronic receipt was introduced in Poland to enable sellers to discontinue printing traditional paper fiscal receipts and issue them in digital form instead.
To implement this solution, a basic requirement is having an online fiscal printer with an e-receipt option and a cloud environment where receipts can be securely processed and stored. This can be hosted on the WarPol.Info server using the fCloud platform. E-receipts contain the same information as their paper equivalents.

At this stage, the fiscal printer automatically sends transaction data to the Ministry of Finance and archives the fiscal data on the platform (fCloud). The electronic receipt is then delivered to the customer via email, a loyalty application, or SMS
