Challenges

In 2020, due to the expansion and modernization of the Subway restaurant network, Field Consultant – Wojciech Fiedorek – was looking for a company that would:

  • supply and implement fiscal printers in selected restaurants,
  • provide maintenance services, having branches throughout Poland.

Subway was looking for devices that would be:

  • Reliable and easy to use
  • Priced fairly in relation to the quality of the offered equipment
  • Will standardize the IT infrastructure

Solutions

As a result of winning the tender, WarPol.Info supplied several dozen fiscal printers, which were integrated into the client’s environment. After the successful project, the Subway group decided to entrust the majority of service work in their franchise restaurants across the country.

Results

Subway is currently one of the largest QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) chains in the world, with approximately 170 restaurants in Poland.

The result of the implemented solutions is:

  • an improvement in workplace comfort
  • more efficient customer service in the store
  • standardization of service operations structure
  • no reports of device malfunctions
