Challenges
Vision Express is a leader in the optical market in Poland, serving millions of satisfied customers. The IT Director – Tomasz Rychlik, responsible, among other things, for monitoring electronic data protection solutions and overseeing the IT department budget – was looking for a partner to support the company’s development and provide innovative, reliable fiscal devices.
In 2013, the Vision Express team set an ambitious goal to standardize and modernize its IT infrastructure.
The Sales Director aimed to:
- reliability and trouble-free operation of fiscal printers
- an appropriate price-to-quality ratio of the devices
- collaboration with a hardware supplier with many years of experience in the retail industry

Solutions
As a result of winning the tender, WarPol.Info supplied the client with nearly 150 fiscal printers, which were integrated into the client’s environment.
After a few weeks of testing, the IT Director of Vision Express decided to additionally entrust us with providing service support across all company stores (now over 270 professional sales points). A key factor in selecting the provider in this area was the fully integrated service we offer nationwide and our compliance with SLA requirements.
An additional advantage was the ability to use ad hoc service for other devices, which relieved the client’s IT team from time-consuming searches for independent technicians across the country. This allowed the team to focus on their core responsibilities.


Results
After several years of successful cooperation, in 2020 Tomasz Rychlik sought a solution for Vision Express that would automate the daily processes of the finance and accounting departments. The choice fell on our solution, which allows access to all receipts from fiscal printers in one centralized, real-time location. The implemented fCloud platform significantly simplified these departments’ previously labor-intensive tasks.
The IT team was also able to completely forego investments in building specialized IT infrastructure for e-receipts and saved resources by avoiding lengthy implementation tests and the need to develop technical support infrastructure.
